Code of Conduct
The following are simple rules and regulations you are asked to abide by with Team Ownage.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask an admin.
Server Play
BF2 Server Rules
"IF
ITS NOT LISTED ITS NOT A RULE"
These acts are restricted not to deny valid real-life tactics, but to ensure the
quality of game play. Rules must be simple and clear, so they are easily
administered, and are not to vary from map-by-map.
1) You may be kicked for disruptive or disrespectful language. This can include
player and squad names.
2) Players are not allowed into the enemy Un-Capturable Base (UCB) for any
reason other than for the sole purpose of destroying the enemy's assets
(artillery/uav/radar), or stealing an enemy vehicle. Engaged aircraft that fly
back to the uncaps, are fair game. You can’t expect your enemy to pull off, just
because you are near an uncap. Commanders are not allowed to drop arty in ANY
part of the uncap.
Restricted acts include but are not limited to:
a. Entering the UCB with the intent on killing a disoriented spawning player.
b. Flying over the UCB for air raids / bombing runs. (includes fishing uncaps,
waiting for vehicles to take off)
c. Entering the UCB with the intent to lay mines / c4. (Unless using c4 only to
destroy uav or other commander assets)
d. Attacking enemy planes or choppers that are taking off from the UCB.
3) All players are asked to PARTICIPATE in a SQUAD. (The server may switch
players not in a squad.)
4) All players are asked to FOLLOW ORDERS from their squad leader and commander.
5) Commanders MUST make commanding their top priority. Commanders are not
allowed in JETS OR HELICOPTERS. You may continue to play the game, by taking
flags and defending flags. Commanders are allowed in any vehicle that doesn’t
fly. (in certain situations where a commander is trying to take a flag they may
be able to use aircraft. Example. Dalian plant US commander wants of carrier he
may take air transport to get on island, But should never be in aircraft to kill
enemy.)
6) C4 ramming is not allowed. C4 should never be put on a vehicle with the sole
purpose to ram and kill the enemy with it. C4 may be placed on an enemy vehicle
as a trap, but never rammed into another enemy.
7) Single seating- Is ALLOWED, but should never be done if there is a gunner
available. NEVER ask a player to get out of your chopper so u can single seat.
NEVER redline or tk a team mate so u can single seat. Locking squad as squad
leader for the sole purpose to single seat, will also get you kicked. This will
not be tolerated.
8) Team Killing - Any and all forms of team killing is not allowed. TK for
vehicles, and redlining will get you kicked. Force TK is a form of TEAM KILLING
and will not be tolerated.
9) General Disruptive Acts - We refer to this as being an ASSHAT. Play the game
as it is meant to be played, DON'T BE AN ASSHAT

VENTRILO - All members are required to use ventrilo. If your online be on ventrilo so we can play together.
PHONETICS – Don’t get carried away with your phonetic in your name. Its nice if your phonetic actually says your name, so new people can know who you are.
SPAMMING – Any member caught spamming VENT will be warned, if continued you will be banned.
PUSH TO TALK – Members are asked to use push to talk, not Voice Activation. (voice activation can get annoying for other members having to listen to you breath and eat)
X-FIRE – Most members use x-fire and it is recommended you do as well.

MEMBERS
CONDUCT – Although we joke around a lot and talk a lot of trash to each other. Never personally insult any member, we are all adults here and should all be treated as one. When we have new recruits in try to show respect, remember first impressions usually decide whether or not they join the clan.
TAGS – Members must always wear their tag while playing. Tag should also be worn in xfire.
AWOL – If you are gone for 2 weeks with out any kind of notification you will be taken off the roster list.
DONATIONS – Donations are not mandatory. Feel free to do your part and help keep our servers going. Any amount of donation is welcomed and greatly appreciated. Once you donate you will be given admin rights, for that month.
PROBLEMS – If you have an issue with a member or with anything, you should speak directly to 1nebadmotha (Clan Founder)
ADMIN – Server admin rights are given to donators. It is a 1 strike your out program. When you are given rights you will be advised of your rights and if you abuse them they will be taken away.
RECRUITING
Recruiting process is fairly simple and will be defined below.
Fill out application in forums.
Ventrilo information will be provided to you. You can then add the recruit tag. =oWn= R YOURNAME.
Once you get in ventrilo you have to play with us so we can evaluate you. The more you play the quicker the evaluation will be over with. After playing with you and getting to know you, our council will vote on your membership.
We like to see new members posting in forums. We have learned in the past that the power of communication is in the forums. Visit regularly to keep up with events in =oWn=.
Once your application is accepted you will be opened up to our private section of the forums.
